Neighborhood Lawns and Landscapes
The heat sets the calendar here: the town sees about 72 days a year of high summer heat, and a long hot spell pushes every zone to run harder and longer. That is when a head knocked out of line or a nozzle clogged with sand stops being a small thing and starts browning the turf.
The yards differ street by street. Osceola Park, Riomar and the blocks around the Jackie Robinson Training Complex each have their own mix of lots and plantings, and the sprinkler systems vary with them, which is why we walk the whole yard before we name a fault.
Out toward the ocean, from the beachside streets near Humiston Park inland, the work is the same patient job: run each "zone", watch where the water lands and fix what is wrong before anything else is touched.

Sprinkler Repair Around Town
Sprinkler repair here comes down to finding and fixing three kinds of trouble: broken heads, leaks in the lines and fittings, and valves that will not open or will not close. We test the system zone by zone, trace the fault to its part and quote the repair before we start.
Age is a big part of it. The median home in town was built in 1975, and a system that has watered a lawn that long has usually been patched along the way: mismatched heads in one zone, fittings buried under years of turf. We sort that out zone by zone rather than guessing.
A search for sprinkler repair in town turns up 3 rated local listings. We drive up from Fort Pierce for calls here, so there is one more crew to phone when a zone quits.
- Broken and sunken heads
- Leaks in lines and fittings

When Sprinkler Installation Makes Sense
Yes, we put in new systems here as well. Across town, 64.4% of occupied homes are lived in by their owners, and an owner who means to stay is the one most likely to trade a worn system for a new one, laid out zone by zone with heads spaced for even coverage.

Backflow Testing at Start-Up
Yes, backflow testing is on the list too. The town counts 10,173 homes, and every one whose sprinklers draw on the household supply depends on a "backflow preventer" to keep irrigation water from flowing back into it; a test at start-up shows the device is still doing that.

Sprinkler Blowout With Compressed Air
Yes, a blowout can be booked here as well. Blowing out the sprinklers, the step the trade calls "winterization", clears the lines with compressed air so pipes and valves do not crack, and we book it for homes near the Jackie Robinson Training Complex as readily as anywhere else in town.

What Neighbors Say About Us
Two reviews from our Google listing, in the customers' own words.
My sprinkler system was 30 years old and needed replaced. They replaced everything on 1-7-21. The crew and Carl were excellent and answered all my questions and explained everything. Carl also explained the NEW digital system to me, making sure I understood how to use it. They only replaced what was necessary and were very fair. Strongly recommend this company.

A Question We Hear Often
Should I water my grass every day in Florida?
No: a short run every day wets only the top of the soil and keeps the roots shallow, while fewer, deeper waterings send the roots down where the soil holds water longer.
How long each zone runs depends on how fast your soil drains, the "percolation rate", and on its heads, since a rotor zone needs a longer run than a spray zone to lay down the same water. We set run times on the controller zone by zone and change them with the season.
Not sure what your schedule should be? Call (772) 218-3906 and ask.
A zone acting up at your place? Call us.
Tell us what the lawn is doing and we will tell you what it takes, what it costs and when we can be there. Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm.
We quote the whole job before we start, with no surprise charges after, and we clean up when the work is done.
