What a repair covers
Sprinkler Repair Close to Home
Sprinkler repair here means finding why a zone misbehaves and fixing the part that failed: a broken or sunken head, a leak in a line or fitting, or a valve that will not open or will not close. We run the system one "zone" at a time from the "controller", find the fault and tell you what the fix is and what it costs before we dig.
The town has 11,524 homes, and with that many lawns working through the same summer, a call that gets answered counts for a lot. We answer the phone or call back the same working day, and we tell you on that call when we can be there.
- Broken, sunken and stuck heads
- Leaks in lines and fittings
- Valves that stick open or shut
- Controllers and rain sensors
Calls outside our hours go to voicemail, and we return them the next working morning.

Timing the work
What Shapes the Job Locally
The turf at Charlie Leighton Park, on the south fork of the St. Lucie River, runs on the same calendar as every yard in town: green and easy in spring, then pushed hard once the heat arrives. Summer here brings an average of 56.4 days a year of hard highs, and a head that is slightly off in April is a brown patch once that stretch settles in. The pattern we see is plain: the best time to fix a zone is before the heat, not in the middle of it.
Half of the homes in town were built in 1993 or earlier, so plenty of systems here still run on their original heads, valves and wire. Parts that age together tend to wear out together, which is why we test every zone and not only the one you called about, whether the yard is in Isles Worth, out by Lighthouse Point or on a street in between.
When to call
-
Before the hot stretch
A spring check of every zone finds the dry spots and weak heads before the summer highs do.
-
The week a zone acts up
A zone that will not start, or will not stop, wastes water or starves a bed every day it runs that way.
-
On an original system
Expect one worn part to point to another. We price everything we find before we touch it.
More than repairs
Other Sprinkler Work We Book Here
Repairs are most of our calls here, and we book new systems, backflow tests and blowouts in town too.
-
Sprinkler Installation and Zone Layout
We book sprinkler installation here too, and the big lots are where a new layout pays off. Around Evergreen the homes sit on acre home-sites, and a lawn that size only waters evenly when the "rotor" zones and the "head spacing" are planned for it from the start.

Backflow Testing and the Water Supply
Backflow testing is booked here too. With 88.7% of occupied homes lived in by their owners, the "backflow preventer" by the house is usually the homeowner's own to keep working, and testing it keeps irrigation water from flowing back into the supply.

Sprinkler Blowout and Line Clearing
We book sprinkler blowouts here as well, for a different reason than up north. The town sees about 1.2 nights a year below freezing, so a blowout here is for a system that will sit idle: compressed air clears the lines so the pipes and valves stay sound until it runs again.

What Our Customers Say
From our Google listing, in the customers' own words.
My sprinkler system was 30 years old and needed replaced. They replaced everything on 1-7-21. The crew and Carl were excellent and answered all my questions and explained everything. Carl also explained the NEW digital system to me, making sure I understood how to use it. They only replaced what was necessary and were very fair. Strongly recommend this company.
