Sprinkler Repair That Comes to You
The median home in town was built in 1982, and in a lot of those yards the irrigation system went in with the house. That age is what we plan a repair around: heads that have been mowed over for years, fittings gone brittle in the sand, and valves that have opened and closed through decades of summers.
Sprinkler repair here means finding and fixing whatever keeps a zone from watering right: broken or sunken heads, leaks in the lines and fittings, and valves that will not open or will not shut off. We run the system zone by zone from the "controller", find the fault, and quote the whole job before anything is touched.
An older system is not automatically a lost cause. Minor adjustments often fix a sprinkler problem and avoid the cost of a whole new system, so the estimate starts with the smallest fix that will hold.
- Broken, sunken and stuck heads
- Leaks in lines and fittings
- Valves that stick open or shut
- A valve box full of water
- Timers and rain shut-offs
- Nozzles cleaned and re-aimed

Heat, sand and age
Landscapes and Irrigation Here
Summer heat shapes it most. The town sees about 56.2 days of peak heat a year, and on days like those a head knocked out of line or a nozzle packed with sand shows up quickly as a brown patch in the turf.
So the job here is as much about coverage as about broken parts. We check that every head pops up, turns and lands its water where the lawn needs it, and we tune the "head spacing" and nozzles so no strip goes dry between them.
We work the older streets of the Creek District and the homes around Snug Harbor alike, and whether the call comes from a block near the town's heritage museum or a yard across town, the visit starts the same way: every zone tested before we quote a thing.
More than repairs
Other Sprinkler Work We Book Here
Repair is most of what we do in town, and the same call can book a new system, a backflow test or a blowout.

Sprinkler Installation From the Ground Up
Yes, we install new systems here too. Of the town's occupied homes, 58.5% are lived in by their owners, and an owner planning to stay often weighs one new system against years of patching an old one. We lay it out zone by zone, with heads spaced for even coverage.

What Backflow Testing Checks
Yes, we test backflow devices here too. In a town whose median home dates to 1982, plenty of "backflow preventer" valves have been in service a long time, and a test shows whether one still keeps irrigation water from flowing back into the supply.

Booking a Sprinkler Blowout
Yes, a blowout can be booked here too, though frost is rarely the reason. The town averages about 1.2 days a year below freezing, so we clear the lines with compressed air mainly when a system is going to sit unused for a stretch.

My sprinkler system was 30 years old and needed replaced. They replaced everything on 1-7-21. The crew and Carl were excellent and answered all my questions and explained everything. Carl also explained the NEW digital system to me, making sure I understood how to use it. They only replaced what was necessary and were very fair. Strongly recommend this company.

Questions from Homeowners
Have a question about your own system? Call and ask; the estimate is free.
(772) 218-3906How long should I run my sprinklers for 1 inch of water?
It depends on the heads in the zone: spray heads put water down faster than rotors, so a rotor zone runs longer than a spray zone to lay down the same inch. The surest way to set it is a catch-cup test, with straight-sided cans set across the zone, run for a set time and measured.
The soil's "percolation rate", how fast it drains, is weighed against how fast the heads put water down, so a long run on sandy ground is often split into shorter cycles.
